A compassionless consuming carbide combatant

Yes it's true, this is THE James behind this metal fighting weapon. I've been using it for years in 4140HT and it simply dominates the battlefield. It is the perfect design for lower horsepower Tormach class machines and tighter fixture density. The chips easily wash away with flood coolant and it lasts and lasts even while doing full contouring of 2.5" tall hardened steel blocks with 1.3" DOC, 0.050" WOC, 0.0024" fpt (25IPM) at 340SFM(2600rpm). I'm sure it could go harder with a more rigid and powerful machine. This end mill seems to prefer full DOC to help stabilize the carnage and minimize and evenly spread the battle damage on the flute edges. Even after sustaining those minor chips, tis but a flesh wound. The WarMill keeps fighting and does so with even more resolve, for now it eats out of anger and revenge.
