To join a Mikogo session:

1)            Go to https://go.mikogo.com

2)            Enter the 9-digit Session ID (provided to you by Lakeshore Carbide) and your name,

3)            Click on the “Join Session” button.

 

Opening the Connection Program with Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer

 

We have provided steps and screenshots below to guide you in downloading and running the connection program in three different web browsers.

Downloading the connection program with Google Chrome:

 

After the download is finished just click on the Mikogo file at the bottom of your browser and an open file window will appear (as shown below). Then click “Run”

Downloading the connection program with Mozilla Firefox:

 

Click on “Save File”. Once the download is finished right-click on the arrow next to the search bar and open the Mikogo file.

 

Downloading the connection program with Internet Explorer:

 

If you use the connection program, you will be asked if you want to Run or Save the file. Click “Run” (you may be asked twice). Alternatively, save the file and then double-click the downloaded file to run it.

 

 

 

After running Mikogo:

A few seconds later, the icon will appear in the system tray in the bottom right corner of your screen and the screen contents will load inside the Mikogo viewer window.
