Lakeshore Carbide Return & Exchange Policy

There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns. 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within the first 30 days after you receive your order. Only new, unused tools will be accepted for return.

Send return/exchange request emails to admin@lakeshorecarbide.com. Please include in the email: your order number, the products you wish to return and the reason for the return.

After we receive your return request email, we will reply back with the return details and where to ship the unused tools.

SECURE RETURN TOOLS TOGETHER WITH A RUBBER BAND AND SEAL IN A PLASTIC BAG WITH A COPY OF YOUR CONTACT DETAILS AND ORDER INFORMATION.
SECURELY SURROUND YOUR RETURN BAG WITH PACKING TO PREVENT MOVEMENT AND DAMAGE IN THE SHIPPING BOX. 
TEST YOUR SEALED RETURN BOX TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NO MOVEMENT THAT WILL DAMAGE THE TOOLS YOU ARE RETURNING.
ANY TOOLS THAT ARRIVE DAMAGED WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU.

Once we inspect each returned tool closely, we will issue the buyer a website store credit for original purchase price, minus 25% restock fee, to be used on future orders. 

We do not accept returns of used or opened merchandise nor can we credit shipping and handling charges. You must pay the shipping charges to return the item to us.
In the case of an exchange the customer pays the shipping charges of both the items being sent back and the items requested in the exchange being sent to the customer.
In the event of a Lakeshore Carbide shipping error, we will absorb any additional shipping charges associated with the item. All returns must be authorized by email.
