Will this fit my ATC

Newer ATC will work (m/m+/mx) you can make sure by measuring the opening of your ATC slot. make sure it is 4.650" or larger.

*** It will work with the older ATC, just require the sheet metal to be cut and opened, The Cover will have to have each side cut back .75" along with the arc.

Recommended Coolant Pump

The 1/8 hp coolant pump will work just fine with coolant ring as long as the tube running from the pump to the ring is upgraded to a 5/8 ID Hose. This will make a big different. https://amzn.to/3vMKYmp

The 1/4 hp coolant pump, is a nice upgrade from the 1/8 hp pump can be a direct replacement in the 1100 m/m+/mx models. The 770 m/m+/mx does require the fuse to be switched out for a higher fuse ( contact Tormach about making the change)  or a relay box to handle the higher amp load.  https://amzn.to/3rMV6sW

 

We also recommend a filter system between the pump and the coolant ring to keep the nozzles clear of chips. We have Come out with our own screen that fits inside of the chip bin and adds 50 micron screen to stop unwanted chips from clogging up the screen. Please check out our products page

How Does it Mount?

On the bottom Side of the spindle casting the is an M6 Threaded Hole. The coolant ring comes with a bolt and washer for mounting
