RPMS:
Run whatever starting rpm you are comfortable with to start. 
FEEDRATES:
2 Flute .010 Dia Ball Taper Engraver
ALL STEELS = .0007 Inch Per Tooth chipload x 2 Teeth = .0014 Inch Per Revolution
Example:  10,000 rpm x .0014 ipr = 14.0 ipm feedrate
ALUMINUM = .001 Inch Per Tooth chipload x 2 Teeth = .002 Inch Per Revolution
Example:  10,000 rpm x .002 ipr = 20.0 ipm feedrate

2 Flute .020 Dia Ball Taper Engraver
ALL STEELS = .001 Inch Per Tooth chipload x 2 Teeth = .002 Inch Per Revolution
Example:  10,000 rpm x .002 ipr = 20.0 ipm feedrate
ALUMINUM = .0015 Inch Per Tooth chipload x 2 Teeth = .003 Inch Per Revolution

- Coolant blast recommended.
