The High Performance High Feed Mill achieves high metal removal rates and optimizes milling operations in slotting, pocketing, and contouring projects. Utilizes the new feed mill strategies of taking shallow cuts but feeding rapidly in order to reduce cycle times and effectively deep mill where other tools cannot. This tool will increase efficiency as a pre-finish cutter in materials ranging from mild to hardened steels including stainless series.

Just bought 2 of these High Feed Mills. Machined Stainless 304 dia. 2.250" counterbore down .500" w/a through hole dia. 1.500" through 1". Ramped down .020" DOC 2400 RPM and 62 IPM feed rate. Cut time by over 1/3, when machining 100 pcs. well worth the price. Spoke with Carl (owner) on recommendation for this application. As always he was very knowledgeable and helpful.
