4-40 Carbide Thread Mill

I was afraid of thread mills. I broke taps like they were going out of style, and spending fifty bucks on something I pictured snapping immediately was daunting. I'm sorry I didn't go to thread mills years ago. Most of what I tap is titanium, and most of the thread sizes are small. These taps cut titanium like it's Styrofoam, and they just don't break. Other companies charge a lot more for similar sized thread mills. The cost per hole of these, even in typically hard-to-machine materials is literally pennies or less. Great product, and a great value.
