The High Performance High Feed Mill achieves high metal removal rates and optimizes milling operations in slotting, pocketing, and contouring projects. Utilizes the new feed mill strategies of taking shallow cuts but feeding rapidly in order to reduce cycle times and effectively deep mill where other tools cannot. This tool will increase efficiency as a pre-finish cutter in materials ranging from mild to hardened steels including stainless series.

Amazed at the MRR

I had some large mild steel parts that I needed and decided to try this on a high speed router. 17000 rpm, 183 ipm at 0.01" deep was amazing to watch on a router. No coolant, no air blast, no vacuum and the chips were thick and parts cool to the touch. It knocked these large parts out faster than some plasma tables and they had near no burrs. Looking forward to trying larger ones on the Speedios!

Awesome little tool

Was able to run up to 112 IPM at 6k rpm, full slot in annealed PM stainless (s35VN). Cut cycle time by more than half. Raised a small bur the last two parts but was being run well above the recommended feeds and speeds on a machine in need of thrust bearings and less than ideal fixturing. Will buy again
