Tool keeps on cutting

We used this tool to remove a large amount of A36. Full depth, 0.15" WOC, 350 SFM, 0.0025 IPT. We removed several hundred pounds of steel with each end mill before replacing them. Even with chipped corners, and chips all along the flutes the tools kept on cutting. We only replaced the tool because we were more than satisfied with the amount of work each one did and didn't want to risk snapping one. Initial horsepower was around 3.0hp and we replaced them once they reached 6.5hp. We used an ER32 collet chuck, one tool pulled out 0.01" at the end of it's life but otherwise no problems. We would normally have used a regular carbide VFS cutter but didn't want to deal with the hundreds of pounds of long chips, so we decided to try this variable flute rougher to cut the tiny chips and were entirely satisfied.
