Lakeshore Carbide Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within the first 15 days after you receive your order. We will credit your original form of payment less shipping charges. All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns of used merchandise nor can we credit shipping and handling charges. You must pay the shipping charges to return the item to us. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. If it is an exchange we will then pay the shipping charges of the items being sent back to you. In the event of defective goods or a shipping error, we will absorb any additional shipping charges associated with the item. All returns must be authorized by email. Which means you should send an email to admin@lakeshorecarbide.com requesting a return . Please include in the email the products you are returning and your order number and the reason for the return.
