OUR NEW ROUGHER/FINISHER GEOMETRY FURTHER IMPROVES THE OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE OF THIS TOOL ALONG WITH A HIGHLY POLISHED FLUTE GULLET IMPROVING CHIP EVACUATION AND LUBRICITY. Our Rougher/Finisher end mills use a chipbreaker geometry permitting higher roughing feed rates with lower cutting forces and extended tool life.
The overlapping gashes create a smaller more manageable chip, yet still provides a smooth finish. 2 flute variable helix multi index endmill with Zirconium Nitride coating for hardness and lubricity. This design allows a heavy chip load per tooth for maximum material removal in aluminum. The unique geometry of this endmill virtually eliminates vibration and harmonics. Can be used to rough or finish, slot or profile in aluminum.
